This layout was originally designed for a Citroen Dispatch L2H1 but can be adapted for any small or medium based van. We have left this listing on our website to showcase another style of van that we can do.

– 30L dometic chest fridge (very energy efficient)
– Pull out oak slats to create the full bed ( which are stored under the sofa section of the bed mattress)
– Handmade, individual door knobs

– 200w solar panel (can keep the camper running completely off grid)
– 260ah leisure battery (stored under the passengers seat)
– 1x 12v socket
– 2x USB sockets
– MPPT solar controller (controls the 200w solar panels on the roof which easily creates enough electric to run all appliances without needing to charge the batteries, making this van the perfect off grid camper)
– Maxx air fan (with climate control and remote)
– 6 LED warm coloured lights with dimmer switch
– 30L fridge
– 12v fuse box (all appliances clearly labelled and room to add more devices if you like)
– Split charge relay (charges the leisure batteries whilst the engine is running)
– 1500w pure sine wave inverter, running 1 extension leads in the living area, for a total of 3 x 240v sockets. (These are available to use fully off the grid. There’s an extra control panel making it easy to turn off and on to save energy, making it perfect for using normal appliances such as your air fryer, hair dryer or laptop chargers.)

– A mixture of hard and soft insulation (keeping the van at the perfect temperature at anytime of the year)
– Thermal bubble foil insulation (to reduce solar gain and heat loss)
– Foil vapour barrier (to reduce moisture)
– Carpet (to reduce thermal bridging and increase sound insulation)
– The walls and ceiling are pine tongue and groove. Walls are painted in Lime White and the units in Calke Green . The ceiling is treated with Danish oil.
– The floor is hard wood ply, covered with Howdens luxury flooring (easy to clean and sound deadening)
– Natural solid oak work surfaces

◦ The Unladen Weight on this vehicle is 2879KG. The unladen weight of a vehicle is when it’s not carrying any passengers, goods or other items. Giving a extra payload of approximately 620kg.

The bed has two positions sofa mode and bed mode.

We wanted to keep things as simple as possible without sacrificing on comfort. Oak slats pull out from under the main mattress to extend the bed to its full length three foam bed blocks are then added to create the full bed. When not in use, these blocks can be used to create a lovely soft sofa. The bed is raised to maximise all space available within the under bed storage area, whilst still allowing enough space to sit up in bed.
